1. Business Information & Legal Authority

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or under adult supervision to place orders. You confirm that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.

2. User Accounts & Social Sign-On (Google & Facebook)

You may create an account directly or log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) services provided by Google or Meta (Facebook):

• You are responsible for safeguarding your social account credentials. Yogam Herbals is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google or Facebook passwords.
• You agree not to impersonate any person, register dummy profiles, or submit false shipping details.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Payment Terms & Payment Gateways (Cashfree, PayU, Razorpay)

All prices on our store are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Authorized Payment Gateways: Payments are securely processed through RBI-regulated gateways including Cashfree Payments, PayU Payments, Razorpay, and Zoho Payments.
• Accepted Modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Netbanking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
• Payment Authorization: By initiating a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment instrument. If payment fails after deduction, your bank typically auto-reverses funds within 5–7 business days.

5. Pricing, Inventory & Order Acceptance

• Inventory Synchronization: We operate both an online store and physical Point of Sale (POS) counters. In rare instances where an item sells out simultaneously at the counter and online, we reserve the right to cancel the online order and issue a 100% full refund.
• Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders containing pricing errors, suspected reseller fraud, or unreachable shipping addresses.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content—including logos, product graphics, descriptions, formulas, photography, and site code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Arutperunjothi Organics & Herbals and protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

Any legal action, claim, or dispute arising out of your purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gobichettipalayam / Erode District, Tamil Nadu, India.
