3. Data Deletion Policy & Request Instructions

In accordance with Meta Developer Policies, Google API User Data Policies, and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the absolute right to request the complete deletion of your account and personal data from our servers.

Processing Time: Upon receiving your request, all personal identification data, social profile tokens, and saved delivery addresses will be permanently erased from our database within 7 business days. Transaction history required for legal tax compliance will be retained anonymously as per Indian accounting laws.
